Аннотация
Основное содержание исследования составляет анализ биографических интервью с тренерами-женщинами, работающими в боевых искусствах: карате, тайский бокс. В статье раскрываются сценарии стереотипного мышления о «мужской» и «женской» профессиональной деятельности в области тренерства. На основе нарративного анализа 10 биографических интервью с привлечением теории карьерных переходов установлено, что социальное окружение тренеров играет весомую роль в их профессиональном становлении. Рассматриваются также структурные практики, описывающие влияние женщин на тренерских должностях. Особое внимание уделено препятствиям позиционированию женщин в спорте.
